When it comes to Civil Litigation, how do you deal with it?
A person who wants to sue, or "claimant," should write a letter before they sue. This letter should explain why they want to sue. The person who received the letter, known as Defendant, should then write a letter back. If Defendant does so, the two sides can reach a fair and reasonable agreement in a civil litigation case. It can be done in court if the Defendant doesn't answer or the communication breaks down. People who want to sue someone should consider how much money and what kind of case they have before deciding which court they should start in. Starting a case in the wrong court can cause it to take a long time to finish. As soon as the proceedings have been sent to the court and then the Defendant, there is a set time frame to file a defense to the proceedings.
